Welcome to SOS Site Services Inc. (“SOS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services provided through www.sossiteservices.ca, including but not limited to construction site debris removal, site cleanup, and temporary fence delivery. By accessing or using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or schedule our services.

1. Services Provided

SOS Site Services provides construction site debris removal, disposal, temporary fence rental, and site cleanup services for residential and commercial customers across the Greater Vancouver area. All service bookings are subject to availability, service area coverage, and confirmation by our team.

2. Booking and Payment

    •    Service requests may be made through our website, email, or by phone.

    •    A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the scope of work.

    •    Payments are securely processed via an approved third-party payment provider.

    •    All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

    •    Quotes provided are based on estimated job scope, materials, and disposal weight. Additional charges may apply for excessive debris, overage weight, or additional time required beyond the original scope.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    •    Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

    •    Same-day cancellations or failure to provide site access may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

    •    Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via the original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

By booking a debris removal or cleanup service with SOS, you agree to:

    •    Provide clear, unobstructed access to the work area.

    •    Inform us in advance of any site-specific hazards or restrictions (e.g. low clearances, limited access, shared driveways).

    •    Ensure debris is safely staged and free of hazardous materials unless SOS has agreed to provide full-service cleanup.

    •    Refrain from including prohibited materials in the debris, including but not limited to: asbestos, lead-based paint, hazardous chemicals, fuels, pressurized containers, batteries, biomedical waste, or any other regulated materials.

    •    Accept responsibility for any property damage caused due to inadequate site preparation or unsafe access conditions.

SOS reserves the right to refuse service, suspend work, or adjust fees if site conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or non-compliant with the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

SOS Site Services will not be liable for:

    •    Damage to driveways, pathways, landscaping, or underground services resulting from debris loading or vehicle access, especially when operating on client-designated areas.

    •    Service delays or cancellations due to factors outside our control, such as inclement weather, mechanical failure, road closures, or staffing disruptions.

    •    Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

In any event, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, images, logos, branding, and graphics—is the property of SOS Site Services and may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
