Founded by the Passmore brothers, Chris and Mike, SOS was born from a shared vision rooted in generations of family experience in the construction industry. Growing up surrounded by the trades, job sites, and the grit it takes to build something from the ground up, the brothers always knew they’d one day return to their roots. They learned the values of hard work, integrity, and dedication early on from their father and mentor, Joe Passmore, who led by example and never asked for more than he was willing to give himself. Starting SOS Site Services was a natural step—a way to carry forward the family legacy while addressing real, present-day needs on modern residential construction sites.

The spirit of this company is also dedicated to the memory of their late brother, Charles, whose work ethic, loyalty, and generosity continue to inspire everything they do.
